一、教学目标:

1理解并正确运用本单元的重点词汇

2熟练运用 “should (not) be allowed to do”谈论应该被允许和不该被允许做某事;

熟练运用 “be (not) allowed to do”谈论被允许和不被允许做某事熟练运用 “I agree / disagree.”“ I don’t agree.”表达自己的观点。

3通过了解和反思自己的言行举止是否符合中学生日常行为准则、规范自己的言行,养成自觉遵守规则的良好习惯和优良品德;正确看待家规”“班规”“校规等,并能认真遵守;明白父母、教师的合理建议对自己成长的重要性

重点词汇:community, chance, educate, manage, society, keep…away from, make one’s own decision

重点句型

I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to drive.

I agree. They aren’t serious enough.

Do you think teenagers should be encouraged to make their own decisions?

No, I don’t agree with this. Teenagers are too young to make their own decisions.

Teenagers should not be allowed to have part-time jobs.

I disagree. They can learn a lot from working.

Do you think we may be allowed to take photos if we don’t use a flash? If you don’t use a flash, then it may be OK.

III. 含有情态动词的被动语态

我们已经学习了一般现在时的被动语态和一般过去时的被动语态,它们的结构为:

观察例句中含情态动词被动语态的各种形式,补全结论中所缺的内容。

【例句】

1. Many trees should be planted in the mountains.   应该在山上种许多树。

  含有情态动词的被动语态的结构为:情态动词+____+及物动词的_________

2. This problem can’t be worked out very easily.  这道题轻易算不出来。

  变为否定句时只需要在情态动词后加_____

3. You can take this book home. (改为被动语态)

  →This book can be taken home (by you).

  含有情态动词的主动语态变为被动语态时,要把主动语态的_____变成被动语

  态的主语。

4. —Should the car be washed now? 

  —Yes, it should. / No, it shouldn’t.   

   汽车必须现在洗吗?

   是的,必须现在。不是,不用。

变为一般疑问句时只需把_________提到句首。结构为_________+ 主语 + be + 及物动词的过去分词(+ 其他)

  肯定回答:Yes,主语 情态动词.

  否定回答:No,主语 + ______________.  

情态动词表推测时,常与be连用,具体含义如下(语气由强到弱
