1. Knowledge and skills:

(1) students review the words and expressions, practice the conversations, train reading skills through the situations;

(2) students review the target language by talking about their own and others interests and hobbies.

2. Cultural consciousness:

(1) students regard and narrate their interests and hobbies properly;

(2) student respect others interests and hobbies as well.

3. Emotional attitude:

(1) students establish the consciousness of developing healthy hobbies;

(2) students develop a good habit of keeping the balance between study  and hobbies.

4. Learning strategies:

(1) students review the key words and target language by reading and talking;

(2) students try to apply the knowledge comprehensively, and internalize the emotions.

Analysis of the students

Students just have learned about school subjects in the book Grade7A, Unit9, joining the clubs in the book Grade7B, Unit1 and music and movies in the book Grade9, Unit9. So they are familiar to this topic. And we usually talk about the interests and hobbies in our daily life, so I think students have much knowledge about this topic.

Teaching reflection本堂课以“回放—小结—练习—升华”的复习课模式为基础,结合语篇学习,达到整合知识,复习话题语言的目的。同时在课堂上训练学生的听说和阅读技能。课堂气氛活跃,学生积极参与课堂活动;讨论热烈,学生乐于表达学生的语言口头表达能力还不足,大部分学生还只能有单词或短语来表达意思,而不能准确地使用完整的句子,学生在展示环节还不够自然大方,语言有待打磨。
